Happy Saturday, guys! Today I’ve got Mia’s session on the blog!

We started Mia’s session with a few photos of her Jeep – how cute are they?

Y’all, it might be cold and rainy today, but it was HOT AF and there were at least 80 bajillion bugs out that day … I’m not exaggerating.

But you would never know because Mia was a TROOPER .. like next level. Jami was completely and totally covered – all we could see were her eyes lol; the bugs were soooooo bad. But Miss Mia here took it all in stride and was up for pretty much anything 🙂

This location is one of my faves (when there aren’t so many bugs) because it’s SO pretty, has gorgeous light and yeah – a waterfall, even in the dead of summer here in SCV. It’s not far from here but one of those blink and you might miss it turn offs lol.

I am in LOVE with this red outfit Mia wore ….

I wish I could say that the bugs left us alone once we got into the water, but I would be lying LOL.

BUT STILL look at how gorgeous Mia looks! I mean, even though Jami looked like a ninja, she still kept Mia looking absolutely perfect – that is some serious skill and dedication, people.

I love all the different outfits she brought and all our different set-ups, but I think my favorites are these last shots with her sweater and jeans (and we had to throw in the mexican blanket of mine because COLOR) …. love the light in these!

I’m always amazed at the resilency of my clients – their willingness to just do whatever it takes to get the shot 🙂 Just for the record, I would never force you to shoot in a bug-ridden place lol! But hey, sometimes you just have to be ready for anything – especially when it comes to shooting in nature.

We had so much fun with Mia and her Mom! These are not all the images … there’s way more; my Influencer Team girls get a LOT more images for their senior session and more perks than regular clients as well. I can’t wait to show her all of them!!

And remember, I want you to look like YOU on our senior session day … this is not about me – ever. This isn’t a styled shoot that I am orchestrating; I want you to feel super comfortable in whatever you wear, so I will never force you to wear anything you don’t want to. However, if you need guidance and help in finding outfits, I’m your guide 🙂
