Meet Meg, 2015 Senior at West Ranch High School, where she is on the dance team!

I photographed Meg’s family last summer so I was SUPER excited when she agreed to be part of my 2015 Model Team — as you can see, she’s pretty easy to shoot 😉

She’s a fan of red lipstick and wears it beautifully!

Then we headed to the beach for some fun in the sun!

 I’ve shot at the beach SO much this summer.. and we have had amazing weather too!  June can be weird in SoCal; sometimes we get June gloom but we’ve been really lucky with the perfect, quintessential Malibu weather!

The best thing about living here is the BEACH….but shooting at a beach can be tricky; you’re at the whim of the elements!  That’s why I like to shoot somewhere more natural or green before — and then head to the beach for the end, when the light is yummy and golden.

If you want a beach session for your senior portraits, just let me know and we’ll make it happen; I shoot at the beach year round, so don’t worry if you didn’t get in on a summer session!  There is still plenty of time — but spots are filling quickly, so make sure you email me ASAP if you want to get on my calendar.
