Fall is in the air (not really, but we can dream lol – it’s currently 102 outside) and Class of 2018 Senior Sessions are well underway! Today’s featured session is Cassidy!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Cassidy since she was about 4 or 5 years old; she went to the same preschool as my twins – and I was also her Girl Scout leader for awhile 😉 She has grown into a beautiful young woman and I was super excited to shoot with her in Downtown LA in the Arts District!
She had some of the cutest outfits, like this long top and cutoff jeans combo! Love all this 90’s influenced fashion – but I wish I had saved all my clothes :/
She wanted a flower crown, so I was all to happy to make one for her! I loved the colors in this one and we found some cool walls to shoot in front of that made the colors pop even more. I think this outfit might be my fave – I really like the idea of pairing delicate feminine clothes with grungy backgrounds and textures …
We walked a LOT that day – but the cool thing about shooting in the Arts District is that every corner you turn, is something new and interesting (and it’s always changing). We can get a whole bunch of different backgrounds in one area, so we maximize our shooting time – something I am all about. I would rather spend more time shooting pics than driving to and from different locations.
I LOVE that little black lace Free People number – sooooooo pretty and so Cassidy.
Thanks to Jami Cox for amazing hair and makeup, as usual.
Here’s the rest of her images – so hard to pick a fave!
Class of 2018
It might not feel like Fall, but we are in the swing of back to school and Fall Sessions! I have had an influx of seniors asking for sessions this last week, and I really hate turning people away — so I will do my BEST to get you in if you still haven’t booked a session — but you need to contact me ASAP!
