PHOTOGRAPHER + LIFE/BIZ COACH

I have known Dylynn since, well, before she was born. I have been friends with her mom Jen for years – and when she got pregnant with Dyl, she mentioned oh so off-handedly, “You should have another baby too!” Our boys were born a month apart so she thought it would be fun if we had another two babies the same age … but, I got pregnant with twins 😮

I still blame her for this! lol

All kidding aside, it was quite an eventful day for Dylynn’s shoot. The plan was to hit up this cool trail I know about and then end at the beach with her beloved surfboard. But as we drove up the canyon, we could see so much smoke, so yeah, there was a fire and we had to evacuate the canyon. But we just headed a little further down the road and found another spot to shoot at! It’s actually another one of my favorite spots, so it all worked out!

I just love this girl’s hair! Long and thick, with just the right amount of curl!

We got such great shots where we started, but then we hit the beach … and this beach WAS just perfect!

Dylynn is a beach bum to the CORE. This girl loves the beach and surfing sooooo much – and we had a blast getting these shots! 

Her wardrobe was perfect for this vibe – mostly Free People items she had collected along the way – and we had to do some bikini shots at the end because she literally lives at the beach as much as she can!

And of course, this LA sunset did NOT disappoint! Just look at the color!!

This year has been AMAZING …. truly.  I can’t believe we are already bringing 2017 to a close, but here we are!  All of my clients are so incredibly special to me – I am so grateful for you all!  2018 is already gearing up to be just as epic – but I will most likely be taking a few less clients next year …. so if you are a 2019 Senior, make sure you are on my mailing list  because I am only offering a limited number of spots for senior models AND clients in 2018 …. and only taking on a handful of weddings.  I already have a few branding clients on the books, but I also have spots open for that – so hit me up if you need a whole new look for your site/business!

I am COMPLETELY booked until late January – these next couple of months are pretty nuts but I REALLY want to get some more 2018 Seniors on the books before the Class of 2019 is up!   SPRING is a great time of year to shoot!
