This 2016 senior is Courtney.  (and psssst… it’s her 18th birthday today!!!  Happy Birthday, Courtney!!!)

I shot her “Sweet 16” a few years ago – that was such a thrill! She’s an accomplished equestrian and I was lucky enough to shoot Courtney with her beautiful horses back then! This time, we opted for the natural surroundings we have here in our own Santa Clarita Valley.

It was a gorgeous September day! Jami always does an amazing job on hair and makeup, but Courtney’s hair is AMAZING! Jami had it easy…Courtney’s hair held up for the entire shoot!

Her hair looked especially amazing when we made it kind of big and then pushed it all to one side later in the session.

 Courtney is a sweetheart and such a natural – she belongs in front of the camera. I was able to get so many looks during her session, and her wardrobe could not have been more perfect!

She started out in her shorts and boots and then moved on to some awesome FreePeople dresses!

Her favorite was the black romper.

But my favorite was the red FreePeople dress that she wore at the end of her shoot.

She was able to get a beautiful custom designed album with all her images from the session

and a really beautiful wall cluster of five canvases as well.

Hey Class of 2016 –

yeah you! I’ve only got 4 or 5 more spots left before the end of April!

I haven’t forgotten about you, Class of 2017.

June is completely booked & September is almost there as well, but I’ve still got a handful of spots left between July and October.
