How amazing and FUN are these guys? I first photographed this family last year at a local park; so I was super excited to work with them again! These kids are obviously beautiful – but what is so cool is that they are also so full of LIFE. And their parents allow them to be who they are – they get in the water with them, they laugh and chase them, they let them get sandy…. these are my favorite types of family sessions!

 

We got all these (and more) from a 30 minute mini session! I get the posed stuff first — and then we just let them play….

Family sessions may seem like a chore, especially with little ones – but if you approach it as an adventure, and just let the expectations go – we can really get some amazing images. I love photographing kids being kids – catching their personalities and smiles.

WAY more fun and important, I think, than the super posey cheesy grins (although we gotta grab a few of those too!)

You will look back on these and cherish them way more than perfectly posed images.

I’m winding down for the year and it’s been a whirlwind! I’m so grateful for all my loyal clients I was able to photograph again this year – I love being able to see families grow and change year after year. We may only spend 30-60 minutes together, but I get so much energy from you guys! I know you have many choices for a Los Angeles Photographer, so I appreciate your trust in ME.

2016 is coming fast — I’m NOT ready for the holidays… not sure when I will be! But it’s all good – just trying to continue living in the now 😉
