We finally got a chance to shoot Abby’s senior session!  She’s on my 2021 Influencer Team and we were scheduled to shoot in November, but the weather just would not cooperate; thankfully, we lucked out with an absolutely gorgeous day in April.

Abby wanted a natural vibe, so we shot out at one of my favorite little spots here in Santa Clarita – it’s literally off the side of the road and I love shooting there because it looks like we went to three different spots, but we were just in ONE small location.  The light is SO beautiful and it really complemented Abby’s vision for her session. 

ALL the boho vibes were made in this session, which suited me just fine 🙂

Jami did a wonderful job with Abby’s hair and makeup – it’s not hard to make this girl look stunning, though, am I right?  

I recently added this FreePeople white dress to my style closet for my senior clients; Abby is the first to wear it and I LOVE how she pulled it off.  So simple but SO beautiful.

Abby is no stranger to being in front of the camera; in addition to shooting with me all year, she is heavily involved in choir and drama – so she’s a natural to shoot with!! 

She was such a trooper getting in the water – the bottom is super muddy – but she went in with not one but TWO outfits.  I really love this last look .. the color just pops!

For my photography followers, I shot these last ones with the 70-200 lens (Nikon D5) because I needed the versatility but also the ability to get super close without getting in the water with her LOL! 

I’m still shooting Class of 2021 if you can believe it!  Yep, even though we are a month out from graduation at most of the schools here, I’ve still got a handful of seniors on the calendar for May – and then in June, I start shooting Class of 2022!!

This year, I am taking on fewer senior clients … so if you are hoping to get a session with me, either here in Santa Clarita or in Los Angeles, you’ll need to reach out ASAP – or simply fill out the contact form below.  July still has some open spots, as well as August, but September and October are pretty much full … with only a couple of spots left.
