I’m very excited to share Emma’s session today! I have known this amazing young woman since she was about 10 years old, and I’m thrilled to say that she is one of my daughter’s best friends (and my son’s – that’s the cool thing about having twins that are close and share friends!)
Emma is kind of amazing! She’s a natural leader, always offering to help with anything that comes along. Among many other things, she is an honor student, a gold award Girl Scout recipient … and very wise for her 18 years. I was really excited when she suggested going out to Catalina for her shoot! I had never shot there, or even BEEN there! Jami and I were definitely up for the adventure!
We left early and spent the day there so we could hop on the last ferry of the day to get back – and the day was pretty much perfect. The looks we got were stunning, but that’s not hard when you look like this!
I mean, seriously. She is a natural beauty for sure and Jami just helped enhance that. Most of her clothing choices were Free People, except the red kimono – that was in honor of her Chinese heritage (she is half Chinese). I just love these!
Catalina is the cutest island, very chill, with some killer spots for photos. I can’t believe it took me this long to go!! We definitely need to go back and stay a couple of days …. it’s the perfect little weekend getaway.
If you want a customized shoot like this, just ask. Travel fees can apply, depending on where you want to go, but I am always up for an adventure!
Update on my calendar: I’m booked until mid March now, but March is still a GREAT time to get that Spring session for all you 2018 Seniors who haven’t shot yet! Let’s hope we get some rain, so it gets all green and pretty again! Hit me up on the contact form below to get info on how to make that happen!
I’ve officially signed up my 2019 Model Team and will be announcing that soon too! But 2019 Seniors – it’s time to book your SUMMER or FALL session! Sign up below and I will send you all the info you need (plus, if you reserve a session before March 1st, you get a pretty sweet deal)
xo, Renee
