Amber was so fun to hang out with – she and her Mom and Jami and I had WAYYYY too much fun down in Malibu for her 2015 Senior Model Session… I know, we ALWAYS have fun. But we do. Seriously. Like a LOT. Senior Portraits should be FUN. They should be an experience to remember!
It helps when your subject is this pretty though…..
and how cute is that dress???!
Pretty stinkin’ cute. ALL of her outfit choices were great – she has the perfect skin tone and looks good in any color she puts on. So of course I wanted to use that awesome purple top – which absolutely POPS against all that green. And can we talk about how stunning she looks in that black dress with all the turquoise jewelry?!! {I have a serious love affair going on with turquoise jewelry. It’s real and it’s deep}
I love how all of these came out.. but I SUPER love how this next group came out….
This freepeople scarf… I just can’t pull it off. I’ve tried…. and failed. So I decided to throw it on Amber with a super cute white gauzy shirt I found at Goodwill. {yes, I love me some thrift shopping} and I adore these shots – they are exactly what I envisioned for this segment. She pulled it off seamlessly. We had lost a lot of light so some of these were shot with my handy dandy ice lights – let me know if you can tell which ones 😉 {photographer questions lol}
Here is the entire session, set to music in a slideshow too:
Such a great session! I am slowly working my way through Alexa’s, Sarah’s, Makenna’s, Jake’s and Melissa’s sessions…. and I shoot Scott’s and Mackenzie’s tomorrow and Friday 😮 Sooooooo many amazing shoots gonna hit the blog soon so y’all keep watching. All my reps get their very own custom smartphone app too – so if you are lucky enough to be bff’s with one of them, hit ’em up for the link so you can see it! You can have your very own app too —and a kick a$$ session like Amber’s if you want – just gotta get on the calendar asap because summer is almost sold out. FALL sessions are fun too, though, so email or call today to reserve your spot!
